At Last They are Here!
Is seems an awful long time in the waiting having first applied for planning permission in 2012 but at long last last we have an arena and stables! The arena was finished last Friday and we couldn't be more delighted with the surface. It is a mixture of sand and clopf fibre so is very easy on the horses. This weekend we played a very good game of free flowing chukkas and the horses still looked fresh as daisies after.Yesterday the Vet Schools played the inaugural match which saw the Glasgow Vet School beat the The Royal Dick Vet School by 5-0. This was all the players first match ever and despite the atrocious weather everybody seemed to have a good time but the hot chocolate at the Newton Arms after was very much needed and welcomed!
Livery
Now that we have stables we have a limited amount of availability for livery. The stables are Monarch stables in an American barn.If you are interested in livery please get in touch as soon as possible as we only have a few boxes available for the Winter. More availability will open up in the Spring
